Ugh… I had a really hard time sleeping today. These past few days, I go to sleep around 3:00am just watching animes, movies, and kdramas. But today, since I slept AM, I HAD A REALLY REALLY HARD TIME!!! There are two reasons that I think was the cause of it: 1 – I drank coffee last night (cause I was really hungry and there was no food), 2 – there were too many ideas coming in my head (you know, when you think too much, you wanna do something, but you have to sleep, yet you couldn’t).
I know, you might think, yes, it’s the coffee. Me too!! Haha… but you know what, when I was still in gradeschool, I drink coffee every breakfast (that was around 6AM), and go back to sleep afterwards w/o having any problems. Is there any study that shows that when your 16y/o and below, coffee won’t have any effect in you at all? Hmm… i should stop drinking coffee. but if it's served like the picture below, NEVERMIND XD i dun care if im able to sleep or not.
Enough of the coffee thing, let’s go to reason #2. I don’t know why or how, but everytime I want to do something so bad, or I’m so excited to continue doing what I was doing, but I can’t though I know I can because I have to go to sleep, and suddenly new ideas come brushing in my mind, like lots of them. My hands just itch to turn on my laptop and do it, before the new ideas disappear. This is why I’ve been wanting to buy a small notebook lately. I should probably go later.
